We are a hospitality design and strategy studio. We work on bars, restaurants, cafés, lounges, and nightlife venues - spaces where atmosphere is the product.
Our scope covers strategy, concept, spatial design, and full documentation. We do not handle procurement, contractor management, or site execution.
We design. We document. We hand over something that can be built.

Most designers start with aesthetics. We start with strategy.
Before anything gets drawn, we spend time understanding your brand, your audience, your location, and the gap you're filling in the market. The design comes after that thinking - not instead of it.
Every decision is traceable back to a brief that we built together and signed off on before a single layout was touched.

We work through six defined phases: The Discovery, The Decoding, The Quest, The Brief, The Design, and The Document.
A typical project runs between four and eight months depending on scope, scale, and how quickly decisions get made on both sides.
The Brief sign-off is a hard milestone - design does not begin until that phase is complete.

Yes. We are Mumbai-based but take on projects across India and internationally. Location has never been a constraint - the right project is the right project regardless of where it is.

Hospitality spaces - bars, restaurants, cafés, clubs, hotels. We are specialists, not generalists. We don't take on residential or corporate projects.
Within hospitality, there is no minimum size requirement. What we care about is intent. The project has to have a point of view, and the client has to be serious about building something worth designing.

Fees are based on scope, scale, and complexity - not standardised packages. Every project is assessed individually.
We are not the cheapest option and we are not trying to be. If you are looking for someone to execute a brief on a tight budget with minimal process, we are probably not the right fit.
If you are building something with real ambition and you want a design partner who treats it with the same seriousness you do, let's talk.

Reach out through the contact page. Share what you're building - location, concept, scale, timeline. The more context you give us, the faster we can tell you whether it's a fit and what working together would look like.
