Bayroute, Goregaon
Bayroute Goregaon, set within the Nesco complex, is the most garden driven of the outlets, an interior wrapped in greenery that opens directly onto a courtyard built around water.
Inside, terracotta toned walls and arched openings frame a long dining room threaded through with planting, dense banks of leaves running the length of the space and softening the warm plaster surfaces around them. A cluster of paper lanterns hangs low over one seating area, while patterned upholstery and rattan backed chairs bring in texture against the room's earthy palette. Arched windows let daylight filter through the greenery, giving the space a quality closer to a conservatory than a conventional dining room.
Step outside and the mood shifts to something more structured. A long reflecting pool, its fountains running the length of the courtyard, sits wrapped in bold black and white geometric tilework, the most graphic material moment in the outlet. Striped cabana seating, shaded by canvas pergolas, lines either side, while terracotta walls, arched alcoves, and tall urn features tie the courtyard back to the warmth of the interior. By night, candlelight and soft uplighting turn the whole space golden, the pool catching every flicker.
Where other Bayroute outlets build their world entirely indoors, Goregaon's signature is this outdoor courtyard, lush, layered, and centred on water, a different kind of escape within the same Bayroute language.
