Bayroute, Juhu
Bayroute Juhu shares its DNA with the original Cuffe Parade outlet, the same Cappadocia inspired language of arched thresholds and lantern light, but takes the blue palette and handcrafted detailing further than any other outlet in the family.
Set on the ground floor with a bungalow like quality the multi-storey outlets do not have, the room reads as more open and slicker than Cuffe Parade despite carrying more ornamentation. Blue runs through the space with intent, picked up in upholstery fabric and carried into the bar front itself, deepening the brand's signature colour rather than offsetting it with the warmer rust and brass tones found at the flagship.
Handcrafted elements are everywhere here. Carved metalwork, richly textured surfaces, and detailing with a distinctly ethnic character give the room a density of craft that Cuffe Parade only hints at. Arched plastered thresholds still carry the Bayroute language through, but at Juhu they frame a space that feels closer to a private bungalow courtyard than a layered, multi-room dining sequence, intimate without the same theatrical weight.
The result is a Bayroute outlet that pushes harder into texture and colour while staying lighter on its feet, proof that the same Cappadocia inspired idea can hold very different moods depending on the building it is given.
